Cake: Sakura Flower Tree

Always wanted to make a cherry-blossom themed dessert, so here it is using various star tips; credit for the branches goes to this image. I baked a similar full-sized sheet cake for a friend's engagement, but this square one (half chocolate, half white) was for work. Definitely in the mood for a change of seasons. Tired of winter, anxious for spring to start, this is my way of poking the hibernating world to awaken already.
