Cake: Pac-Man

For my friend ~LupinThe4th, I baked a chocolate cake and cut out the mouth to use it as a birthday party hat. A few vanilla cupcakes did the trick for the pellets. I used a star tip to pipe the whole cake with vanilla icing dyed yellow.
